Festival Outfit Ideas
Today's collab is featuring with the wonderful Aida from www.aidasfashionbazaar.com , we wanted to share some helpful tips when it comes to choosing your outfit for all these festivals coming up! I love this post because we each have our own take on what a "festival look" should be, so let's get started!
Let's start with the overall topic of what to choose when you're looking for the perfect outfit for a festival you're attending. To me personally, the first thing I look for is COMFORT. Trust me, there's no outfit worth the blisters and pain when you're going to be outside all day and you just want to enjoy the music. Choose pieces that are flowy like rompers or dresses! If those aren't your thing, high-waisted shorts with a bralette and a cover up is another great option as well! I like to base my outfit off of the main piece like my romper for example, from there I'll choose the accessories that can compliment the main piece.
My Outfit:
I knew I wanted a romper that was flowy and big sleeves, I've been obsessed with the big, detailed sleeves trend lately! When I saw this romper from Forever21 , I knew I had to have it! The subtle floral print and big sleeves was the perfect details for this festival look. I added this pink suede vest, which is def. out of my element but I loved it! It was the perfect touch to make this romper outfit stand out. Hats and big sunnies are def. my go-to accessories for any outfit, these pieces were the perfect touch! I also decided to go with platform sandals to give me some height, but at the same time comfort because heels in a festival are a no go for me.
Aida's Outfit:
Aida's outfit is all about accessorizing and personalizing a simple dress! She decided to add some personal touches throughout her entire look, from he makeup to jewelry and shoes, it all screams Aida! The bralette underneath the dress was a great piece to add to make the floral dress more edgy, as well as the jean jacket! Her entire look is so versatile and you can change up this look to make it more girly or edgy.
